Mauser Karabiner 98k

This was the mainstay of the Wehrmacht during WWII. It is a work of art, now a relic of German history, a symbol of the expertise of German firearms manufacturing. Production of the rifle ceased under the Versailles Treaty, but when Hitler came into power, he ordered that these rifles continue to be manufactured, and it would become the standard rifle of Wehrmacht infantry.
